Vintage Chair

This chair was in a local Antique shop, thanks to a friend i got a great deal on it!!  I know some of you will think I'm crazy for painting it but...well... i had to!! 

here is the before:

ugly gold fabric....

After a coat of Annie Sloan Old Ochre Chalk paint and some stain....

yes,,, i see that the fabric is a bit crooked.. ooopsie. I still love it..it gives it more character ;)

and love all that detail. just gorgeous!!
