I filled the holes with Elmer's wood putty, then sanded the iron burn off. It didn't take much to get it off.
then with a few coats of white and a cute little applique and glass knob its adorable!!

Wow, I usually pass up waterfall style pieces, too, but this looks so lovely, I may have to think twice next time! I have never seen an iron burn on a piece of furniture, either!
